LEADERSHIP TEAM

Paul started the company in 1974, and over the years has run the business with honesty, integrity, and passion. A graduate of Franklin Pierce College with a BS in business management and finance, Paul began his career completing storefront remodels and tenant rehabs. As he strategically grew the business, it went from being a one-man construction shop to a comprehensive construction management and property development services company. One of the highlights of his efforts is that his company has become one of the premier flex industrial real estate development firms in Massachusetts.

Jacquie has been with the company for ten years and obtained her Massachusetts Real Estate Brokerage License in 2016. She now markets Maggiore's commercial real estate portfolio exclusively and handles all lease negotiations and new property acquisitions. Jacquie received her Certificate of Interior Design from Boston Architectural College in 2021 and is now involved in the design process for Maggiore’s residential work. A graduate of Stonehill College with a BS in business management, Jacquie is focused on company growth through marketing and branding efforts.

Matthew began working for the company at a very young age as a field laborer and learned the business hands-on from superintendents who are still actively working for the company today. A graduate of Skidmore College with a BS in business management, Matthew became a project manager and property manager after he completed his degree. His knowledge of construction and construction management has enabled him to expand Maggiore's multifamily residential development portfolio tremendously, totaling more than 650 units constructed and sold since 2006.

Dave has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company in his 21-year tenure. His construction and development expertise and vast knowledge of construction codes are key components to the strength of Maggiore’s design-build construction division. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS in construction engineering, Dave is not only an integral member of the Maggiore team, he is also part of the family.
