Ground-up construction of a new 31,568 SF Subaru dealership located on Route 9 in Hadley, Massachusetts. Maggiore Construction served as Construction Manager for the project, overseeing site development, utility coordination, and building construction. The facility features a prominent 26-foot-tall glass-front showroom, a mezzanine level, and upgraded service areas designed to enhance both customer and operational experience. This project continues Maggiore’s long-standing partnership with the Balise Auto Group.
