We’re excited to kick off construction on a new Flash Car Wash in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Flash Car Wash is part of the Balise Automotive Group, a longtime partner of The Maggiore Companies. Over the years, we’ve completed multiple projects for the Balise team, with several more currently underway and additional work planned. These ongoing collaborations reflect a strong working relationship built on trust, coordination, and consistency across projects of all scales.

This project includes the demolition of an existing facility, full site redevelopment, and the construction of a new approximately 5,000-square-foot, single-story car wash. The new building is designed to support efficient, high-volume operations and will feature a full wash tunnel, dedicated vacuum areas, and improved site circulation, all constructed with durable materials suited for daily use.
