Wrenly is a 58-unit mixed-use condominium community located in Wakefield, Massachusetts, featuring approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The project was thoughtfully designed to integrate modern residential living with neighborhood-serving retail, contributing to the walkability and vibrancy of the surrounding area.

The Maggiore Companies served as Construction Manager for the project, working closely with the ownership and design team from preconstruction through completion. Our role focused on cost control, schedule management, coordination of trades, and maintaining quality throughout construction to ensure the project vision was executed efficiently and responsibly.
