HEAR FROM THE MAJESTIC COMMUNITY

"Our experience purchasing our new home was surprising in so many ways. The folks at Synergy guided us through every step of the way, starting with our first visit to the newly opened sales office in July 2024.

It was a leap of faith to buy when Majestic was just a hole in the ground! But it offered unique opportunities: a three-bedroom home on one floor is a rare opportunity in the Boston area. Getting to choose our finishes with the help of a skilled designer (Angela Cirignano), and having our choice of three different units, gave us the chance to find the home that was right for us.

Synergy had such faith in The Maggiore Companies—they even invited us to tour a building in Wakefield (Wakefield Station) to see an example of their quality workmanship and the kind of community they create. We have been so happy with the aesthetic choices, as well as the flexibility with our kitchen design and other small details. We love the paint colors and lighting choices in the common areas as well.

Everyone connected to this project has been warm, honest, and clear about the vision, values, and quality promised. While occupancy was delayed, it was only by a few weeks, and communication was clear and forthcoming. Originally hoping to move December 15, our first night here was January 8. Compared to other stories about lengthy new construction delays (and a chaotic economic time in the U.S.), we felt lucky.

As one of the first buyers to move in this January, we of course encountered some small snags, had many questions, and a few quandaries we couldn’t solve. Matthew Steneri (a Maggiore employee) provided exactly the presence, expertise, and kindness needed, and continues to do so on the rare occasions we need his help.

Once our friends heard about our enthusiasm, four of them purchased units of their own, so we now have a built-in community right here in the building. We gather in the gym, the rooftop common space, the second-floor courtyard, or the urban garden out back. One night in mid-January, we got to meet all our neighbors when someone’s burning dinner set off the fire alarm and we all gathered, shivering, in the garage!

Our building now houses young families, some singles, working adults, and retirees. We are a pretty diverse group as well.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to sell our home of 30 years and move to Majestic Mill Brook. We can wholeheartedly recommend The Maggiore Companies in all their new endeavors."
